Yoga for Children

Classes that embody the energy of children, our goal is to provide tools that challenge, aid in focus and balance and bring awareness to the mind and body. Relaxation and breathing techniques are introduced to self-soothe.

Yoga for Youth

Our teachers provide independence through classes that allow for yoga to be brought into daily life. To manage stress and environmental factors, we are a guide to those we serve to find a safe and comfortable place to calm the mind and body.

Yoga for Individuals with Impairments

Through classes for those living with impairments, we focus on the needs and abilities present. It is through breath, yoga and meditation that we can align our students with a greater sense of well-being.

Yoga for Immigrants & Refugees

As the assimilation into a different culture may provide a new set of stress factors, we offer classes to enhance energy and navigate change in order to strengthen mental and physical health.

Yoga for Elderly

We work to restore and rejuvenate the body and mind through gentle chair yoga classes. The poses benefit breathing, circulation and joints for increased clarity and wellness.
